We met Olivier, Associate Director of Havas Paris Seven, who explains the benefits of this new work method!</span></p>

<h2>How do you use Anticafé in your daily life at Havas Paris?</h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There are different situations. Our agency is in Puteaux. At the end of an appointment in Paris, going back to Puteaux can waste a lot of time, so <strong>Anticafé is the ideal place to finish our work day.</strong> We also have <strong>internal or external workshops with clients</strong>, and being in Paris is just more convenient and stimulating. Also, if the schedule allows it, starting your day in Paris can be pretty nice. Finally, outside of work, Anticafé is simply a great way to meet up with a friend!</span></p>
<h2>What are the benefits of working outside of your open-space for the teams?</h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Actually, we move from one open space (the agency) to another (Anticafé). But it&#8217;s not the same thing at all. Inside the agency, you have an open space that facilitates exchange, agility and reactivity. <strong>Anticafé allows us to be alone or in a team,</strong> without disturbance to focus on a subject. And this allows us to be very efficient! Moreover, working in areas open to other people creates a certain emulation,<strong> an opening to the world that is essential in a society in perpetual movement</strong>.</span></p>

<h2>Can you present Havas Paris Seven to us?</h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Of course, <a href="https://havasparis.com/">Havas Paris Seven</a> is the commercial offer of the Havas Paris agency, which embodies advertising expertise. <h2>How did you meet Leonid, the founder of Anticafé?</h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In 2016, we were thinking about how to<strong> improve our frameworks and work methods</strong>. By coincidence, I came across an article presenting the Anticafé concept and announcing a new fundraising campaign. I contacted Leonid and arranged an appointment to discuss a possible collaboration. At first, we wanted to have our own Anticafé; Leonid convinced us that <strong>the best solution was to offer passes to all our employees</strong>. We listened to him and it was a success!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fun fact, during our first meeting between Leonid and me (in an Anticafé of course), we were both 15 minutes early and we unknowingly waited in front of each other! ????</span></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For the past few weeks, we have been watching Léopold, a regular customer of Anticafé Bordeaux, work on the launch of VOI, a self-service electric scooter program. We were curious to know more&#8230;</p>

<h2>Hello Léopold, who are you, where are you from?</h2>
<p>I am <strong>in charge of the development of the VOI startup</strong> in Bordeaux. Before that I worked for 3 years in Strasbourg at Tennispro &#8211; a company specialized in the sale of tennis equipment in Europe via its website and its network of franchised stores &#8211; as a textile, paddle-tennis and sports nutrition buyer.</p>
<p>I wanted to be part of a project more focused on <strong>entrepreneurship</strong> and with an ecological dimension. VOI gave me the opportunity to combine the two!</p>
<h2>Voi is a self-service scooter system, can you tell us more about it?</h2>
<p>VOI is a very young Swedish company, created in May 2018 and established in France in December 2018, notably in Paris and Lyon. After several exchanges with the City Hall and the Bordeaux Metropolis, VOI decided to take up this new challenge. It was therefore at the beginning of May that I joined the VOI team with the aim of developing its model in Gironde.</p>

<h2>How do you explain the craze for « Free floating »?</h2>
<p>Free-floating addresses several urban issues:</p>
<p>&#8211; The electric scooter can replace your car for all your <strong>daily trips from the office to your home in the city</strong>: you save money on your gas tank, you save time by avoiding traffic jams (by using the lanes reserved for two wheels).</p>
<p>&#8211; It is also part of a multimodal approach, as a means of transport complementary to the existing public transport network, and <strong>replaces the metro, tramway or bus</strong> when they no longer operate (in the evening and on Sundays, for example).</p>
<p>&#8211; Finally, they are the result of a global awareness: we must <strong>limit the use of our cars</strong>, especially in city centres, for health and sustainable development reasons: replacing your small car with a bicycle or scooter is a way of contributing to the fight against global warming!</p>
<h2>You come to work at Anticafé Bordeaux, what do you find there?</h2>
<p>I was looking for a <strong>quiet and warm place</strong> where I could<strong> make phone calls and organize some meetings from time to time</strong>. I also have the chance <strong>to be welcomed and pampered by a great team</strong>, always with a smile on their faces! That&#8217;s all I needed to get my business off to a good start.</p>

<h2>Hello Jean-Charles, who are you, where do you come from?</h2>
<p>Hi, my name is Jean-Charles, I am 28 years old and I am co-founder and CEO of <a href="https://cremedelacreme.io/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">crème de la crème</a>. I come from Nord-Pas-de-Calais, near Dunkirk, and I attended ESSEC before giving up everything to dedicate myself to the development of our freelance community.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2>By the way, what&#8217;s Crème de la crème?</h2>
<p>Crème is now a <strong>high-end platform where freelancers are all digital experts, carefully selected.</strong> Each candidate is studied one by one in order to be accepted into the community and our acceptance rate is around 10%, out of more than 1500 applications per month.</p>
<p>When we launched the platform with my business partner in 2015, we were still students, it was our first company and it was our intuition that made us move mountains to get to this point. The early days have nothing to do with our situation today, the road was long and exciting!</p>

<p>It&#8217;s booming!<strong> Today&#8217;s job market offers an incredible range of choices and has nothing to do with the one our parents experienced.</strong> You can self-train on any subject more easily than before, start a new life overnight, evolve as a freelancer and have clients all over the world, thrive at work by placing your passion at the heart of your professional project, in short the possibilities offered nowadays are endless, especially in areas carried by digital technology.</p>

<h2>If you had to give 3 tips to someone who wants to start freelancing, what would you say?</h2>
<p>To <strong>surround yourself with a community of freelancers</strong> who share the same values as you. At Crème, mutual assistance and kindness are part of our values, which is essential when you want to start freelancing and need guidance.</p>
<p>To <strong>specialize in a field in which you excel</strong> or will want to excel, in order to be identified as an expert on the market. The reputation of a freelancer is a key subject, you must take care of it carefully and become your own product.</p>
